WELCOME TO THE 2020-2021 SEASON!

On behalf of all of our board members, we wish to welcome you back to hockey for the 2020-20201 season.

As you know, these unprecedented times have brought about many challenges and changes to our daily lives. Like everyone, we are having to adapt and modify our protocols as the Public Health Authority, Ministry of Health, Hockey Québec and the city of Montréal provide us with information and updates.

Our main objective this season is to prioritize the health and safety of our community at large while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our hockey players. As you know, there have been many changes to the COVID-19 guidelines over these past months and weeks. We are doing our best to keep up to the sometimes-daily changes in order to ensure the safety and security of our families.
We have put in place a COVID-19 committee who are very committed to communicating to you the most up-to-date information as it becomes available. Their role is further detailed in the COVID-19 Intervention Guidelines published by Hockey Québec which you may view by clicking on the link at the end of this message.

In addition, you will be seeing changes in the arenas.  New signage will be in place to help manage the flow of the public through our facilities in a safe manner as well as other security measures have been put in place. We ask that you adhere to these security directives. In addition, we ask for your patience and cooperation during these challenging times keeping in mind that everything we are doing is with your children, our many volunteers and arena staff ‘s safety in mind.

We will be communicating to our members in the upcoming days what can be expected for the season, as well as any COVID-19 related protocols.

Brenda Gallant, President, NDG Hockey
